I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Psychology at Sichuan University under the supervision of Professor Dr. Liu. As a research student, I have been actively involved in the seventh wave of the Multi-wave Survey on Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior (UPB). My research focuses on investigating the effects of childhood maltreatment on UPB, aligning with my broader interest in Developmental Psychology and the long-term impacts of early life experiences on adult organizational behavior.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2022. After the graduation, I actively engaged in academic and professional opportunities, serving as a psychology teacher at Al-Zahra College and later as a school counselor with the Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP). In these roles, I provided psychological counseling and career guidance to students in remote areas, enriching my practical experience in the field. I also serve as a coordinator at the Institute of Psychological Wellbeing and Research Center, Skardu, where I contribute to mental health initiatives and student support programs.
I was awarded a fully funded CSC scholarship for my Master’s studies at Sichuan University in 2024. Additionally, I am an active member of various professional organizations, including the Gilgit Baltistan Psychological Society. My research interests lie in developmental psychology, particularly exploring how early life experiences shape adult behavior in organizational settings. Through my academic research and professional engagements, I aim to integrate theory with practice to contribute to the field of psychology and positively impact communities.
