刘传军副教授，2011年毕业于南京大学哲学系，获哲学学士学位；2011-2012学年于云南省建水县第二中学支教；2012-2014年于南京大学社会学院心理学系攻读基础心理学科学硕士研究生，获教育学硕士学位；2014-2017年于西南科技大学法学院担任助教、讲师，主讲认知心理学、社会心理学概论等课程；2017-2020年于清华大学社会科学学院心理学系攻读社会学专业（社会心理学方向）博士研究生，获法学博士学位；2020年8月入职四川大学公共管理学院，先后担任特聘副研究员（2020年8月至2023年8月）、副教授（2023年9月至今）、硕士研究生导师（2021年3月至今）、博士研究生导师（2024年7月至今）。

刘传军老师具有多学科交叉的学术背景，长期从事道德困境研究，侧重于研究人们的矛盾心理状态。近年来的研究主题包括道德困境决策研究方法、校园欺凌、亲组织不道德行为等。研究组当前发展方向为行为公共管理与公民教育，主要探索以下问题：

第一，公民精神与公共参与是如何双向互构的？

第二，公务员的组织行为中存在怎样的多维矛盾以及如何解决？

第三，街头官僚与公民互动过程中的冲突解决、协作共创等。

刘传军老师研究组坚持平等、严谨、开放、多元的研究组文化，将每一位在本研究组学习工作的同学定位为初级科学家候选人，与导师享有完全平等的地位，对自己所负责的项目具有最高发言权和决定权；遵守学术惯例，严谨求实，致力于推进人类行为知识的边界；保持开放的心态，批判性地检视以往学术成果和自身所获得的研究证据，虚心接纳彼此在研究项目上的批评和建议。

Introduction to the Research Team

Associate Professor Chuanjun Liu graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Nanjing University in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy. He voluntarily taught at the Second High School of Jianshui County, Yunnan Province during the academic year of 2011-2012. He pursued a Master's Degree of Science in Basic Psychology and obtained Master's Degree of Education in the Department of Psychology, School of Social and Behavioral Sciences of Nanjing University during the academic year of 2012-2014. He served as a teaching assistant and a lecturer in the School of Law of Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST) during the academic years of 2014-2017, lecturing on cognitive psychology, introduction to social psychology and other courses. From 2017-2020, he studied for a doctoral degree in sociology (in the direction of social psychology) at the Department of Psychology, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, and received a PhD degree in law. In August 2020, he joined the School of Public Administration, Sichuan University, where he has served as a specially-appointed associate researcher (August 2020 to August 2023), an Associate Professor (from September 2023 to the present), Supervisor of Master's Degree Program (from March 2021 to the present) and Supervisor of Doctoral Program (from July 2024 to the present).

With a multidisciplinary academic background, Dr. Liu has long been engaged in the study of moral dilemmas, focusing on the study of people's paradoxical psychological states. His research topics in recent years include moral dilemma decision-making research methodology, school bullying, and unethical pro-organizational behavior. The current development direction of the group is behavioral public administration and civic education, mainly exploring the following issues:

First, how are civic spirit and public participation mutually constructed in both directions?

Second, what kind of multidimensional conflicts exist in the organizational behavior of civil servants and how to resolve them?

Third, how to resolve the conflicts between street-level bureaucrats and citizens and build the co-production way out?

Dr. Liu's group adheres to the group culture of equality, rigor, openness, and diversity, and positions each student in the group as a junior scientist candidate. Everyone enjoys a completely equal status with him, and have the highest right to speak and decide on their own projects. Members are required to abide by the academic practices, berigorous and committed to advancing the boundaries of human behavioral knowledge. Maintaining an open mind, and critically examining previous academic literatures and their own work are strongly recommended. With weekly seminars, members need to humbly accept each other's criticisms and suggestions on research projects.

The group has graduated 3 Masters of Applied Psychology, 2 Masters of Sociology, and 7 Bachelors of Social Work, and is currently enrolled in 8 Master students of Applied Psychology (including 2 international students), 3 Master students of Sociology and 3 Bachelor students of Social Work.
